Charles Maddix, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Provider & Founder

Charles is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and the founder of The Practice. A veteran, he built The Practice around a simple conviction: that mental, physical, and aesthetic wellness belong under one roof, delivered with evidence and unhurried attention.

He leads the clinic's ketamine therapy program — every infusion at The Practice is administered under board-certified psychiatric supervision — alongside psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and hormone and regenerative medicine services. He also trains qualified medical professionals in ketamine infusion and PRP procedures.
