What services do you offer?
Psychiatry, psychotherapy, ketamine therapy, men’s and women’s health, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and aesthetics (including Vampire® PRP procedures) — coordinated under one roof in San Marco.
Where are you located?
3547 Hendricks Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32207 — in the San Marco district. Street parking and nearby lots are available.
What are your hours?
Monday–Thursday 10am–5pm. Friday by appointment. Closed weekends.
How much does a consultation cost?
The consultation is $49. If you move forward with treatment, that fee is applied toward your care. The fee is refunded only if we determine you are not a candidate for treatment — not if you choose not to proceed.
What happens at the first visit?
You’ll talk through your history and goals with the provider who will direct your care. Together you’ll decide whether treatment is a fit and what path makes sense.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Many consultations and follow-ups can be done by secure video for patients in Florida. Some treatments require an in-person visit at our San Marco clinic.
How do I book as a new patient?
